
Ben GUY
Benjamin F. Guy III, former Senior Manager of Business Operations for Aspire Pharmaceuticals and Sun Pharmaceutical, is a strategic pharmaceutical operations leader with over 15 years of experience in external manufacturing, contract management, and regulatory compliance across API, soft-gel, and sterile production environments. He brings valuable strategic and regulatory expertise to the race.
He currently serves on both the Hamilton Street Advisory Board and the Somerset County Action Program (SCAP) Board, where he has played a key role in two years of workforce outreach and expansion for Franklin Township residents. Since 2022, this work has included Summer Youth Programming as well as construction training programs for students at Franklin Middle School and High School.
Benjamin has been an asset to the Hamilton Street Board, supporting small business marketing and community events such as Week of the People’s annual “Back to School” event, which distributes over 200 backpacks to students each August in partnership with the PBA. Additionally, he has organized annual food drives, fed the homeless, and assisted social service organizations including Sharpened Mindz, Next Man Up, Week of the People, 4theloveofMe, Franklin Citizen Club, OneFamilyOneFight, Charity Crossings, and other community groups in the Franklin Township area.
Ben will be a welcome addition to the Town Council because of his strong advocacy through SCAP for underserved communities, including Workforce Action, WorkFirst programming, and Vo-Tech education. His leadership in the Hamilton Street district could help expand NJEDA and SBA programs for small businesses.
Ben’s commitment to economic development and community empowerment ensures that he will bring both vision and accountability to the council.
