What is a County Committee
member?
The Franklin Township Republican County Committee consists of 2 members from each election district. The members are elected at the June primary election. The Republican County Committee member serves a 2 year term.
County Committee members are responsible for nominating candidates to represent our voting districts. These candidates will appear on the Somerset County ticket.
How do I become a Franklin Township Republican County Committee person?
To become a committee person, contact FTGOP at contact@ftgop.org. You will be vetted and given the proper paperwork to appear on the ballot for the next eligible election.
